Cooking Instructions

Ingredients per Serving:

• 1 serving of noodles
• 1 packet of soup base
• 1 packet of Original Spicy Red Seasoning
• 450 ml of water

Optional Toppings:

• Sliced pork (chashu)
• Green onions
• Kikurage mushrooms
• Seaweed

Instructions:

1. Boil Water: Fill a pot with 450 ml of water and bring it to a rolling boil.

2. Cook Noodles: Add the noodles to the boiling water. Cook according to your preferred firmness:

   • Firm: Approximately 2 minutes
   • Medium: Approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds
   • Soft: Adjust to your liking

3. Prepare Soup: While the noodles are cooking, empty the soup base packet into a large bowl.

4. Combine: Once the noodles are cooked, transfer them to the bowl containing the soup base. Pour the hot cooking water over the noodles, stirring gently to dissolve the soup base completely.

5. Add Seasoning: Sprinkle the Original Spicy Red Seasoning on top. Since it's quite potent, start with a small amount and adjust to taste.

6. Serve: Enhance your ramen by adding optional toppings such as sliced pork, green onions, kikurage mushrooms, or seaweed.
